Food arrived 90 mins after sending it back and calling telling them it was cold! Asked for a refund and was told no! I was then hung up on! Very bizarre as it's normally good and we order for the pub also so a big customer! I will speak to the owner directly tomorrow as they said he wasn't there and they don't know who he is or his name?? Very ridiculous and only antagonised the situation that they had created! When it's good it's good but on this occasion terrible terrible!

At least the 5th time in the last 12 months we have ordered and the order has been wrong. They do always rectify this after a phone call but never apologise and always left with one of us eating before the other or having a cold dinner if we wait.

Food wasn't as good as usual last night. Garlic chicken was just ok. Large kebab just had a small pitta bread, where was the Turkish bread?, no salad either. Also i had ordered and paid for a garlic sauce which didn't arrive. Maybe a different chef/staff last night???

It wasn't as nice as normal. And the portion was smaller than normal. But the korma sauce was lovely. It sounded busy wen I foned. So maybe that's it why it wasn't as nice as normal . But service was gd x
