Order arrived 1 hour 50 minutes after order was placed. Phoned twice for updates, then driver phoned to locate house (detailed instructions left in comments when order placed). Order arrived with no sauce for pakora and an extra rice. We use TTS spice regularly, know it was Saturday night but extremely disappointing experience tonight.

I would normally rate this take away as 5 stars. What happened tonight, a different chef? The food was awful. Chicken was very dry, tasteless and no sauce. Most of it went in the bin. I only leave a bad review this time as I hope this was only a glitch in an otherwise great takeaway.

Pizzas were beautiful, we ordered 2 pizza deals with the garlic bread, chips and wedges all freshly cooked! Also chicken pakora & veg pakora - everyone loved it, will definitely order again!
